This is a message to Bill Hoffman.  I was most interested in your request for responses to questions from Chinese teachers and students.  I would be interested in providing answers if you would allow me to discuss the questions with my undergraduate education students in my clinical practicum class.  I am curious to know how my students would perceive the questions.  I direct a Reading clinic at my university where students tutor a child for a semester.
