If you don't mind, I will forward this message along to our SERVICES listserv. This bilingual discussion group has been created for the facilitators of adult education classes here in New Brunswick (Canada)as part of the NALD-NB Technology Initiative. With the support of the National Literacy Secretariat and the province of New Brunswick, the National Adult Literacy Database (NALD) has purchased Internet-ready computer systems and placed them in community classrooms serving adult learners. We have shown the facilitators how to use the technology as a tool for communication, as a research tool, and as a tool for professional development. Many of them are now experiencing with ways to incorporate the technology into their curriculum. They may have some great ideas for you!
