While I realize that you are probably looking for basic word processing instruction, the MOUS exams cover all skills levels and the training materials available should cover the basic skills you want your students to learn. Vendors who develop materials to help learners prepare for MOUS Exams can apply to Microsoft for Independent Courseware Vendor (ICV) status. The companies and products listed on the MOUS exam web site do not represent all the training materials that are out there in the marketplace but may give you some leads about companies and products you are not already familiar with. If you go to the following web site - http://www.mous.net/courseware/locate.asp you can select the type of media and the exam that you are looking for.
