A very useful tool for me came from the inventory that appears in "Help
Yourself:  How to Take Advantage of Your Learning Styles" by Gail Murphy
Sonbuchner released by New Reader's Press.  The survey is broad and
encompasses most areas and is very adaptable.  I hope it will be of use to
you.  If you have trouble digging it up-email back with address and I will
send a copy.
