Hi,

I am a staff development specialist in CT. From Jan 1998 - June 1999, I was
involved in the development of a CD for the orientation of teachers new to
adult education. For some months now, I have been meaning to write about
that experience. I finally got around to doing it!

There were many lessons we learned along the way that I thought others might
be interested in. We also developed some simple resources for screen design,
and video editing. I have posted my entire story along with downloadable
resources for your use on our web-site at
http://www.crec.org/atdn/multimedia/cd.shtml.

A few weeks ago, I did a workshop on the process of producing multimedia CDs
at the CASAS conference in CA which was very well received, which really
motivated me to get this done.

Best,
Ajit
