I'm not sure what the technical glitch is.  I suspect there is something in the NIFL program that handles the list serv.  I'm sending this message in plain text...I've already sent one in MIME.  I am on several list servs through NIFL and other venues.  The only list serv that results in blank pages is through NIFL.  Although I might add that most messages through NIFL do get through.  I have experienced the blank page syndrome with other organizations unless I use plain text.  Gremlins at work!
