The blank messages are readable when you "view source" in an internet
browser. When I did this, I saw: "This message is in MIME format.
Since your mail reader does not understand this format, some or all of
this message may not be legible." I think the people who cannot see
the messages have to change their preferences to allow this format.
In the meantime, you can read them at the NIFL site or by "view
source."
