Jessica,

I was interested in the relationship you have developed with your local ISP
and have some questions.

Do they require any ads to be displayed on the computer?

Also, when you say the ISP offeres a discounted rate after a limited time,
what discounted rates are they offering?

Have you found their service to be reliable?

Were they receptive to your proposal from the beginning or did you have to
work hard to convince them? What did you propose to them?

Is the relationship you have with the ISP only for your program or is there
some statewide relationship here?

Thanks for the posting.

Ajit
