Hi folks:

Early last month I posted some links to web sites that can help you locate
free or low-cost ISP's in your area. Since the question has come up again, I
though I'd re-post the information, in case some of you missed it the first
time round. By the way, all messages from the tech-list are archived at
http://www.nifl.gov/lincs/discussions/nifl-technology/technology_literacy.html,
so take a look there if you need to retrieve any messages.

The Seattle Community Network page on Free/Low Cost Internet Access,
Products and Services
http://www.scn.org/teched/internet.htm
lists free ISPs as well as organizations that offer free public access to
computers and sites that offer free e-mail accounts.

The next three sites are ISP Locators. You can search for ISP's by location,
cost, ads/no ads, connection speed, etc.
