Hi Mary:

Take a look at Juno, http://www.juno.com They offer a free ISP as well as a
deluxe model at $9.95/month. Here are the system requirements copied from
Juno's web site:

System Requirements
Please note our minimum system requirements: You'll need at least a 486 PC
(Pentium recommended), 8MB of RAM, 25MB of free disk space, Windows® 95 or
later (or Windows NT 4.0), a 9600-baud modem (14400-baud or faster
recommended), a CD-ROM drive, and an SVGA monitor. We do not have either DOS
or Macintosh versions of the software (and do not currently plan to develop
such versions).

Good luck.
