I am interested in any research concerning how students respond to
resource based learning when they have not previously been expected to
learn in that way. (i.e. students express the opinion that they feel
more comfortable learning from a traditional text and workbook rather
than from multiple sources, having to make more decisions on their own,
do more synthesizing, etc.). My particular interest in students in
online coursework, but any info on research in this area would be
appreciated.

Thanks,
