Can anyone recommend good online tutorials or lessons about computers and
the Internet for adult literacy and English language learners? I'm
especially interested in hearing about those that have been tested in
class or ones about which you've received feedback from learners!

I found Learn the Net.com and like that it is multilingual.

I am familiar with the Quann and Satin book (Learning Computers, Speaking
English) but would like to find something about the Internet that is
delivered online.

(P.S. I've just scanned the NIFL-Tech list archives for 2000 and 2001 and
don't see any recent postings on this topic)
