Several of you have recently asked how to receive information in a digest
format. To receive "Digests" of list messages instead of each message
individually, you need to follow these two steps:
1) send an email from the system on which you receive email to:
listproc@literacy.nifl.gov
2) with a message of: set NIFL-Health digest
