We are using the Get That Job series of workbooks from Contemporary. Also, guest speakers who will tell your students what they are looking for in an employee are very helpful for theses classes. We also like to role play interviews and video them so the students can see themselves on tape. The video "First Impression, the Key to Successful Interviewing" from Curtis and Associates is a great video because it uses humor to get its point across.
