Cathy
There were some family literacy programs that tried this, one in particular
was in Louisville. They might have data on the wear and tear issue as well
as use and loss.

I'm setting up a laptop loan program for ABE/GED students. Does
anyone have any experience setting up such a program? Any advice? I'm
especially curious about your experience with insurance -- does
anyone know of an insurance provider who will cover the laptops?
Any tips would be greatly appreciated,
Kathy
