The sad irony of my life right now is that I am so busy supervising the daily operations of two computer centers, as well as maintaining our staff systems and serving as the adult education liaison to our local CareerLink, that I am not able to stay on top of research and reports from the ALT field. That is exactly why I chose this as my project: to give myself an "excuse" to get back in touch with the exciting things that are going on in the field. The PA Teacher Competencies project serves many purposes, and one of them is provide veteran staff with an opportunity for self-directed staff development. The Oh Wow factor report sounds intriguing. How can I access it? I guess I need to change my title: The Far Out Report?? The Groovy Report?? Am I showing my age here?? Thanks for the heads up, Arlene
