Hello there.

Looking to see if anybody knows if the following statistics exists
somewhere, and if so, I would very much appreciate being pointed to them:

The value of the Internet and computer-based instruction on:
(a) teaching literacy skills (ex. % of individuals that have been taught
literacy skills via computers, or something like this)

(b) ESL (% of indiv. that learn english via computers & the internet, or
something like that..)

I need this data for an upcoming issue brief that will update a report we
published in 2000 about Online Content for Low-Income and Underserved
Individuals.
