It is organized not by technology area (software, websites, training, etc), but instead, by topics and questions of interest to teachers and tutors of adults. For each question or problem, there are technology answers and solutions which teachers have found which address it. All of the questions/problems and most of the solutions have been offered by practitioners in the adult education and literacy field. You'll find the Web page at http://www.alri.org/harness.html David J.
