Actually, the file is not missing.  I found it on my computer in a Netscape
folder where it was supposed to be.  I don't' think I installed a beta
version.  Thanks.

Erk.  A scary Windows error.  I've got no idea what XPCOM.DLL is, but it
seems to be missing?  Try reinstalling Netscape 7, perhaps?  Are you sure
you're not installing a beta by mistake?

If it fails again, it sounds like you've got a bad install package, and
this would be something to report to them at netscape.com.

I'd also suggest trying Mozilla (at http://mozilla.org), which is less
bloated than Netscape but runs on the same (very good) rendering engine.
It's what I use, and I love it.
