Carol:

I was told by the Dept. of Ed that formal announcements will be made to all
applicants by regular mail and that documents were already processed and sent
out last Friday, Saturday and Monday of this week.  Everyone apparently
receives notification, regardless of whether or not you are an awardee.

Also, the information on awardees is supposed to be posted on the ed.gov
website next week.
