Picking up on this old thread, I realized I forgot back in December to 
mention The Technology Source, a  peer-reviewed bimonthly on using tech 
in education published by the Michigan Virtual University. It's 
oriented towards higher-education, but I always find something useful 
or interesting in it. The current issue has some interesting stuff on 
online course development and management.
