I was unable to find anything at that time. I have not looked into it since then (2001-02) but here are some reference sites that may help: Jakob Nielson's Web usability columns on http://www.usit.com Usable Web at http://usableweb.com/ has a list of links to sites with HCI (Human Computer Interaction) and Web Usability information. For technical info, but also Accessibility information, the World Wide Web Consortium http://www.w3.org/ is a great source. David, you've piqued my interest.
