To date, over 60 Tech. List subscribers have downloaded the article,
"Unweaving the Web: An Exploratory Study of Low-Literate Adults' Navigation
Skills on the World Wide Web"! Author Christina Zarcadoolas, will be joining
the list next week. Look out for her first posting later this week with an
introduction and some ideas/questions to consider in preparation for the
discussion. Please start organizing your thoughts and questions so we can
have an active and meaningful dialogue about this important topic. 

If you still have not gotten the article, but want to participate in the
discussion, it's not too late. Please follow the instructions below to
receive your password and then you will be
able to download the article from the NIFL web site. 

To get the password: send an email to Connie Harich <charich@nifl.gov> with
"Access Information" in the subject line and, in the message body, request
the user name and password to access the article. Connie will then send you
a reply with the access information.
