I have been so happy to receive so much information,
and am so pleased that I sparked this string of
conversation. Who says summer is a down time?

As to the posting from Francis Keenan, I would love to
see more funding going to research. Unfortunately,
from a local community-based nonprofit level, this is
simply impossible. We are trying to serve our
communities. We truly rely on universities and other
research bodies to break ground in this territory.
Pennsylvania has the Learning from Practice program,
which encourages research at the program level, but I
don't know if either PAARN or PALPIN has done any
research on ABE/technology...

Thanks for all your help, everyone!
