We ARE using it in one of our lab, but I have learned that it's important to 
have someone knowledgeable help you with the installation. At first I thought 
we'd be 'starting from zero' as Stacie indicated, but my tech assures me that 
this is only the default installation. My limited (smile) understanding is 
that we have allowed changes by specific pieces of software, but not by the 
majority of the packages...
