However, I've never seen correlations for EFF. Normally the publisher will align them with the curriculmn framework established in the state plan. If you could find a state with an EFF aligned curriculmn framework, even if they don't provide software to EFF, you would have a good start comparing correlations between EFF and the State plan to the State plan and the software. Does anyone know a state who's done a complete EFF correlation?
