There are several ways to do this. The easiest might be to look at the back 
of the CPU ( the computer box). If it has a thing that loks like a phone 
jack, attach a phone line and try to make an internet connection. If it 
works - you have an internal modem. You should also be able to find the 
modem listed in the folder called "devise manager". Hope this helps.
