One of my first duties is to design a teacher's handbook or guide for our volunteer tech instructors. I am thinking it perhaps it should cover attendance policy, classroom management, teaching philosophy, etc. Would anyone be willing to share their handbook so that I can use it as an example? Thanks, Halona Y.
