Debra, I have had similar experiences when conducting technology-related staff development. Pre-planning is essential, but often I've had to resort to flying-by-the-seat-of-my-pants. Fortunately, a projector attached to my computer has often saved the day. What has also been a help is hardcopy back-up and a good sense of humor. Probably what has blessed me the most is the understanding nature of the professionals we serve. Thanks for sharing.
