SENIOR ASSOCIATE POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT

We currently have an opening in our Washington, DC office for an
experienced Senior Research Associate with background and expertise in
adult education areas such as adult basic education, English as a Second
Language (ESL), family literacy, adult learning disabilities, and/or adult
secondary education. Excellent written and oral communication skills and
knowledge and experience with qualitative and quantitative research
methodologies and policy analysis are required. Ability to successfully
manage project tasks and team efforts is expected. Candidates must have a
Master’s or Ph.D. degree and related experience.  Demonstrated experience
in assessment, curriculum and professional development within adult
education content areas, management of adult education programs at the
state or local level, and/or teaching of adult learners is preferred.
