Some interesting statements from the Report: 1. "Previous research suggests that ...[college] women are at greater risk for rape and other forms of sexual assault than women in the general population or in a comparable age group." 2. "For both completed and attempted rapes, about 9 in 10 offenders were known to the [college] victim. 3. "Fewer than 5 percent of completed and attempted rapes were reported to law enforcement officials."
