The National Center for Family Literacy, a private nonprofit organization, is seeking a Vice President of Field and External Services. Responsibilities include ensuring the quality of program, training, and technical assistance products and services provided by NCFL staff and/or contractors; coordinating the development of and managing processes for planning, delivering, and evaluating products and services that support NCFL's mission and goals and that support and encourage replication both within the organization and in the field of family literacy; and managing the Field and External Services division of 30 staff and 14 direct reports. This will be a key member of the Senior Management Team (composed of three other Vice Presidents and the President).
