Proposal Invitation

As I hope you are aware, COABE 2003 will be held in Portland Oregon, April
26-30, 2003.

On behalf of the COABE Concurrent Session Selection Committee Chair, Bill
Sperling, I hope that some of you to will consider submitting a
presentation proposal on an adult education and social justice theme.

The committee needs several more social justice proposals to ensure that
attendees will have the opportunity to select from a social justice strand
at COABE 2003.

The proposal form is available from Beth Wheeler at bwheeler@sbctc.ctc.edu.
It must be e-mailed back to Beth Wheeler no later than February 14, 2003 to
be considered.

If you have questions about COABE or this invitation, please e-mail me at
mtate@sbctc.ctc.edu rather than posing them to the entire listserv.

This invitation should not be construed as a guarantee of selection. No
funds are available to assist with the costs of presenting or participating
in COABE 2003.

Hope to see you in Portland!
