I have remained silent, waiting for NIFL to respond, and am still waiting. I know that NIFL is working very actively with Senators to try to ensure that NIFL continues to exist in the manner that will most help the adult literacy field. Perhaps this is why we have the silence, and perhaps in early Fall we will hear more about what has transpired over the last few months. I am sending this post to let you know that your concerns are mine as well, and that I too have noticed the lack of response. Hopefully, we will hear something soon.
