Join the NIFL-AALPD discussion list for a discussion June 1 * 14th with the 
researchers of the recent NCSALL professional development study, "How Teachers 
Change: A Study of Professional Development in Adult Education" (Smith et al, 
2003).  We will discuss this study's findings, the implications for 
professional development and program improvement practices, as well as
