I read 2 newspapers every day, as I said in a previous post. I then clip the articles I will use. Sometimes I email the writers with a question, the emails are often at the end of the articles. Boston (near me) has been the center of the priestly abuse scandals, and one former priest was recently tried and sentenced. One of his victims testified against him. The wife of the victim described his reactions when he started to remember the abuse. The description, in the newspaper, was absolutely clinically accurate, a doctor could have used it and verified that the man had been abused. I really, seriously, use the newspaper as an excellent source of materials. I should think that descriptions of trials would show students what is possible, that abusers can be tried and sentenced. (off my soapbox for now) Andrea
