One element that I think many of us might learn from and think about was the way in which learners and practitioners participated together in many of the workshops in ways that had more to do with our commonalities as women/people and far less to do with the distinctions betwen our roles as learners or teachers. In part, this was because facilitators geared their workshops specifically to include all, but also because the tone of the entire conference was such that we had gathered because of a wide range of shared interests and were made to feel welcome, were listened to, and had opportunities to speak in a very receptive space. Thanks to all involved for this event. Janet Isserlis
