Recently, an adult literacy practitioner shared that she is given time off each year to attend one conference. She asked me which conference I would recommend. I thought that this might be a good question to pose to this listserv, but in a more general way:
Based on the conferences that you have attended, which conferences would you recommend for which purposes? (for example, one conference may be best for basic skills, another for women's issues, another for workplace, etc).
