Thanks for the cite, Daphne. 

i can only suggest that tachers and students discuss and use for lessons the actual document/report.  Maybe take out the most important words for study--how to read them and what they mean.

By the way--last night I watched on PBS a mind-clearing show on called E=MC2.  A nubmer of female scientists were represented, their stories dramatized.  I loved it!  Watch it if it comes up on your screen.
