The URL is <http://www.otan.dni.us> Follow this path after you open the site: Go to "OTAN Forum." Select "Current Documents." If you look in the "English as a Second Language" topic folder, you will find a "list" of documents which includes several titles on whole language. If interested in a particular item, use the list to give you the document number to access the full text in an adjacent folder.
