programs has grown.  See the links established so far at

VOCNET AND DISSMN8 DISCUSSIONS CONTINUE TO GROW

VOCNET, NCRVE's listserv discussion list for all voc ed topics,
currently has about 1,790 subscribers, up 5% from 1 April 1997.
Approximately 245 items were posted in April-May, by 155 different
users.

DISSMN8, NCRVE's listserv discussion list for educational
dissemination-related topics, now boasts 150 subscribers, up 5% from 1
April 1997.  If you are interested in having input on what a National
Educational Dissemination System (NEDS) might look like, please join in.


HOW TO CONNECT TO NCRVE ELECTRONIC SERVICES

World Wide Web--Point your internet WWW browser (Netscape, Mosaic,
      Internet Explorer, etc.) to http://ncrve.berkeley.edu/

VOCNET--To subscribe, send a one-line email message to
      LISTSERV@CMSA.BERKELEY.EDU that says:
