Our staff is all part-time, so we have our hands in lots of different work-worlds and have pulled from our various perspectives and experience. Although we have captured all our workshop material in a guidebook, it's really for internal use. The good news is that we hope to have our training programs on-line within the next year, then they'll be more handy for everyone and we can share what's worked for us in Virginia!
