Well, looks like the USDLA has declared February 28 - March 3, 2000, as
Distance Learning Week (a few weeks earlier than last year) to coincide
with the TeleCon East / IDLCON
(http://www.teleconexpos.com/east2k/index.html) conference in Washington,
DC.

PBS Adult Learning Service, LiteracyLink and Teacher Source will host it's
annual website for Distance Learning Week
http://www.pbs.org/als/dlweek/index.htm. We wish to add new and fresh
content to the site. We are hoping that we might be able to collaborate
on updating the site with some additional resources and content for higher
education and K-12. Your suggestions on a theme or hot topics for
Distance Learning Week would be greatly appreciated. We have limited
time, but hopefully we can highlight some of your resources. Please let
us know if you have any ideas, resources or content that we could host on
our site.

Please contact Tonyea Tharpe at 703-739-5131 or ttharpe@pbs.org.

Thank you in advance for your help.
