> The National Institute for Literacy's 2000 Literacy Leader Fellowship
> competition begins March 7th, 2000.  The Institute will give out 2-3
> grants of $40,000-$70,000 to adult literacy professionals and/or adult
> learners to conduct independent research projects between September, 2000
> and September, 2001.
