Hi Susan,
This message came through completely blank in the message section to my
email. This happens actually quite often to me and to some others on the
list. I'm trying to figure out where the incompatibility is, and so far,
the people who have sent messages that come through blank to me have given
me some clues that I am working with to figure out if there is some
pattern to when the problem occurs. Did you send this message on MS
Outlook? Did you send it in Mime format? Was this message a forward of
another email that you got? If none of those three conditions was true,
could you tell me how you did send your message, in other words, what
email program or process or format you are using? (I'm not even sure I
have the right word here for asking how you sent your message.)
If there are others on the Workplace list for whom the original message
also came through blank, are you in Pine or some other plain text format?
Thanks for your help. And Susan, however you sent this message, if it is
possible for you to send it using a different method, would you try it and
see if I get it next time? I will go to the archived messages in a few
days to retrieve it if you can't send it any other way. I want to read
it.
