To make this site more attractive to people involved in workplace education, 
it needs to deal with workplace issues rather than the whole spectrum of 
adult education issues.  Those of us in the field are wrestling with WIA and 
the NRS and these topics are seldom mentioned.  I think most of the 
discussion is among those interested in theory rather than those in the 
trenches.  We also have many questions about Workbased Project Learners.  
None of these issues is addressed so the interest is low.  Thanks,
