Thanks Heidi **************** I am in the process of working with the Directors of both the Virginia Workforce Improvement Network and the Pennsylvania Workforce Improvement Network to have an discussion list interview. What is a discussion list interview? Both Dr. Diane Foucar-Szocki (VAWIN) and Laura Beach (PA WIN) have agreed to participate by answering 10 predetermined questions about how a "WIN's " work. The State of Virginia and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania are supporting Workforce Education and Foundation Skills Education by funding these networks.
