We are currently partners with several state adult education departments, the steelworkers labor management fund, and a number of work readiness programs around the country. How does an organization that provides materials and training and partnership projects find its way in to the WIA system? Are there set asides, or possibly some of the unspent TANF money, that might be used for projects that take advantage of the video/television/print tools we have to allow adult learners to take learning with them from job prep to work and home?
