The model for the program is to create consortia of unions and employers in a number of sectors. These consortia will help the project develop a program that meets the needs of workers and multiple employers. The intention of the program is to develop a model which can be used to train and place other displaced workers as well as incumbent workers and others seeking employment in the region. We have a number of job openings. The pay and benefits are competitive. The project should be exciting. I am attaching the job descriptions that are currently open.
