I got two resources that look like what you want. (Actually, there were three listings, but two were duplicate listings for the same resource.) The duplicative listing is called "Housekeeping ESL: Workplace literacy curriculum for hotels" which looks like exactly what you want, and the other looks like it would be useful too.
